Prayer Sheet for March 7th 2021

Lord, have mercy. Christ, have mercy. Lord, have mercy. Father of mercy, alone we have no power in ourselves to help ourselves. When we are discouraged by our weakness, strengthen us to follow Christ, our pattern and our hope; we pray to you, Lord.

Lord, have mercy.

For the one holy catholic and apostolic Church throughout the world, Justin the Archbishop of Canterbury; theprovince of the Anglican church of the Congo and Masimango their Primate; The Diocese of the Windward Islands, Leopold their bishop, St. Patrick, Barrouallie (barrel- ee) with St. David, Our Lady of Perpetual Succour, All Saints, and Mary Magdalene, on St. Vincent and Alison their priest., we pray to you, Lord.

Lord, have mercy.

For the mission of the Church, Linda our Primate; Mark our Indigenous Archbishop; Greg our Archbishop; St. Magloire, Drumheller, St. John the Baptist, New Brigden, All Saints, Oyen and Catherine their priest; Norbert and Hayden our priests that in faithful witness we may preach the gospel to the ends of the earth, we pray to you, Lord.

Lord, have mercy.

For our Bernard, Sean, Dave, and Wayne our Corporation and for Arlene, Lorianne, Lorrainne, Susan, Gina, Danielle,  serving on Parish Counsel; John our Treasurer; Josh our bookkeeper, we pray to you, Lord.

Lord, have mercy.

For those participating in small group bible studies and for their teachers, we pray to you, Lord.

Lord, have mercy.

For peace in the world, that a spirit of respect and reconciliation may grow among nations and peoples, we pray to you, Lord.

Lord, have mercy.

For the poor, the persecuted, the sick, and all who suffer; for refugees, prisoners, and all in danger; that they may be relieved and protected, we pray to you, Lord.

Lord, have mercy.

For all whom we have injured or offended, we pray to you, Lord.

Lord, have mercy.

For grace to amend our lives and to further the reign of God, we pray to you, Lord who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and for ever.

Amen.
